Surprise Spice Cake
I'm pretty sure somebody mentioned something one time about a cake made with tomato soup. Am I imagining that? Well, I found this recipe and tried it out. One box of spice cake mix, one can of tomato soup, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. water. Mix it all together, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yummy! We had my family over for dinner tonight - everyone loved it and nobody could tell that it had tomato soup in it!

Ha that is so funny! Amber has a recipe for a tomato soup cake. She made it and it was good. Don't think it is the same as your recipe though. Will have to try it out!
Yep, that was definitely me. I kept joking for the longest time about making it and then I made it and told no one! It was good! The tomato soup is just there for moistness and you can't taste it at all.
I am going to try this one, I love when u can sneak a veggie in desert..thanks Steph
I've heard this but never tried it. Kinda cool how you can treat yourself and feel better cause it's got a vegetable in it. (Even though a tomatoe is a fruit not a vegetable anymore.)I still call it a vegetable. (Tracy if you try this recipe DO NOT USE OUR HOMEMADE SOUP cause I am sure it will not work. It's ready to eat compared to the boughten version.)
